Confirmation of booking
All bookings will be confirmed within 4 working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking from Personnel Today please contact Sarah Barnes immediately.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. If you cancel on or before 26 October 2009 a full refund is given. If you cancel after 27 October 2009 no refund is given, including non-attendance at the event.

Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue or the date of the event.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.

You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. The event secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc.

Special requirements
A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
Lighting and special effects
It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform their guest(s) that special effects including strobe lighting may be used on the night of the Awards.
